Quick 23-25 build for Aquanos so you can farm Seahorses! Because who doesn't want to cope on the ++ seahorse grind????
Start at Wave 23, Pre-upgrade the buff beam by the North core to level 2, the centre core to level 4 and the Pylon to level 3. A TB Monk should be set on a split, and should boost the stacks at the middle core. Fire towards the wall to the south with MBT, and the ricochet will give you the mana you need to tower boost.
Use an Adept Upgrader to make sure you can upgrade the towers. The Lightning Tower stack needs to be level 5, along with the buff beams and Pylon. Everything else is fine at Level 2.
For Wave 24, I recommend an Upper/Wheeler Jester. Wheel Damage Enemies as much as you can, and you can use Kill % to speed up the end of waves. Remember to add splits during combat to make sure you can get four Seahorses!
