1 Mooshroom spore tower, 1 Forest Golem, rest DU in (10) LTs (should get you to 100/100 DU)
Always buff the strength drain aura with a monk+huntress guardian summoner.
Build LT's during first wave, then swap to your TB monk and upgrade with it.
